Organizational Structure of NASEE


Governing Body

The legislative and governing body of NASEE is the society Council. The core of the Council is the Board of Directors of the society. The Executive Committee of the Council is in charge of the daily administration of the society.


Society Secssions:

The society establishes a number of sections corresponding to fields of interest
 

Chapters and Regional Offices

The society establishes Chapters in large cities of USA and Canada and regional offices in Greater China.

Chapters in US cities: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Columbus (in OH), Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St.Paul, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Jose/Silicon Valley, Seattle, Washington D.C., etc.

Chapters in Canada cities: Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver, etc.
 

Society Foundation

The society establishes a foundation. The Board of Directors of the foundation is responsible for raising and managing the fund. The fund is raised from individuals, companies, and organizations in the US, Canada, China, and other countries. The Board of Directors of the foundation will not accept donations with strong political motivation.
