Society Overview
The North American Society of Experts and Entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as the society, or NASEE) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization, registered ion April 2001, in the State of
Massachusetts, USA. It is independent of any parties, organizations, and governments.
NASEE members are entrepreneurs, business executives, technology experts, scientists, economists, etc. Most of them work and live in the United Sates and Canada. A few members are in other countries in the world.
The president and vice presidents of the society are excellent experts, entrepreneurs, and scientists with great success in the US and Canada.
The society has about 40 honorary presidents and advisors. All of the honorary presidents and advisors are outstanding scientists, experts, business executives, and social activists. Among them, there are Nobel Prize
winners; economy, science and technology leaders of USA, Canada and China, and executives of world top companies.
The principle office of the society is located in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. As a city with rich culture and well-known in history, Boston is American research and development center in information technology and
biomedical sciences, and a high technology industry center in eastern USA.
Mission of the Society
The mission of North American Society of Experts and Entrepreneurs is to
Provide excellent services to experts, entrepreneurs, and other professionals;
Make great contributions to the development of economy and the progress of technology.
Goals of the Society
The following are the goals of the society:
To facilitate communications and foster solidarity among Chinese experts and entrepreneurs in North America;
To further closer relationship between Chinese professionals and other racial (white and colored) professionals in North America;
To improve social status and protect lawful interests of Chinese professionals in North America;
To advance economic and technological cooperation between USA, Canada, and China;
To cultivate the friendship among people of USA, Canada, and China.
Thus, NASEE is the tie of Chinese experts and entrepreneurs in North America, and the bridge between USA, Canada and China, including Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Business Scopes and General Activities
The business scopes and general activities of the society are as follows:
(1) To providse platforms for professionals to do business and to develop technology, including sponsoring and organizing business conferences, industry expositions, technology workshops, academic
symposia, and prefessional seminars in the US, Canada, and China.
(2) To promote and support technology development and science advancement;
(3) To provide information and consulting services to business companies, institutions, and organizations in the US, Canada, and China.
(4 To train managers, administrators, and professionals for business companies, institutions and organizations in the US, Canada, and China.
(5) To organize delegations, consisting of experts, entrepreneurs, and other professionals of USA and Canada, to visit China for business purposes.
(6) To receive delegations, consisting of experts, entrepreneurs, and other professionals of China, to visit USA and Canada for business purposes.
(7) To pursue other business activities permitted by the American law for the purposes of achieving the goals of the society.
